3 1/2 cups of Hersheys cocoa
2 1/2- 3 cups of sugar, depending on how sweet you want it.
2 teaspoons of vanill extract
one shake of salt (I use sea salt)
4 cups of whole milk
Whipped cream if you like it. (I do)
Mix the cocoa and sugar together, put one cup of milk in the pan and make the powder more of a paste, slowly stir in milk and keep stirring. Turn the heat on medium and stir for about 10 minutes (so it doesn't scald the milk.) This is the creamiest hot chocolate I've ever had...
